The CT227 chassis container truck has a volume capacity of 227 litres and a weight capacity of 300kg. The CT227 is a heavy duty, straight-sided, plastic tank with a powder coated, mobile, chassis frame. Designed for industrial applications this product is an effective solution for the storage and handling of heavy or bulky loads. An optional drop-on plastic lid is available to protect and cover its contents if required.
The CT227 incorporates a large plastic tank manufactured from food grade polyethylene that is seamless, watertight and very hygienic. The powder coated steel chassis frame is supplied as standard with 4 x 6 inch (150mm) swivel castors with rubber wheels. The large rubber tyred castors enable the product to be used on a variety of different terrains.
The CT227 includes the RM50T large plastic tank that can be produced in a standard colour range of red, blue, green, yellow and white. This 227 litre capacity chassis container truck provides an exemplary storage and handling solution, capable of carrying heavy loads. The chassis is constructed to very high standards here in the UK. The strong steel frame supports the tank and enabling the unit to manage heavy loads. Easily manoeuvred, the chassis is supplied large 6" rubber wheels.
The tank itself is produced from a single one-piece mould that ensures a seamless and watertight product. The plastic used is a hard wearing and heavy duty, food grade polyethylene that is easily cleaned and maintained and will not rust or corrode. The tank is available in a variety of different colours and also with an optional lid, to help cover and protect any contents being stored or transported.
